- Find your Policy Booklet, which includes your Terms and Conditions
- Find Medical Consent to approach your doctor if it was obtained on application

- Information and guidance on putting your protection in trust
- Learn how to register for HSBC Life Online Health Services
- Request printed copies of your policy documentation or update your contact preference
