If you purchased your HSBC Life protection product through:
- Non-HSBC financial adviser
- Via a comparison website
- An HSBC Wealth Manager (you would have been referred via your HSBC Relationship Manager)

If you purchased your HSBC Life protection product through:
- Through a HSBC Mortgage Adviser, either in branch or over the phone
- From the HSBC UK website
Tip: If your policy number is 7 digits long (a combination of letters and numbers), please visit HSBC UK
